At Raw we believe exercise should be based on your anatomy and fitness level, occurring in a consistent and progressive manner over time. Safety is our number one concern; you cannot be consistent if you're injured! Our reward vs risk mentality is our method for every exercise we select for you! 

Staying away from impact exercises we minimize your risk of injury! Utilizing machine-based movements, we will put you in the best position to leverage maximum results on every movement. 

Exercise is not a one size fits all prescription nor is all exercise equipment created equal. Therefore we will make sure you always have top-of-the-line equipment at Raw.  Limiting our class size to 16 per class, we ensure we have an active personalized eyes-on-you approach. We will stop at nothing to make sure we find what works best for you to see your progress.
